The applicant acknowledges and agrees that the approval, rejection, or outcome of any visa, entry, or related application shall be solely determined by the relevant government or competent authority. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, delay, liability, or consequence arising from the use, submission, reliance upon, or inability to use this Invitation Letter.
